Near the end of September Lou Reed did a photo shoot in New York for Parrot ZIK headphones. Film director Farida Khelfa sat down with him and filmed a short interview. It is the last interview Lou Reed gave before his death. Even at 71 and in failing health Reed is as wry and insightful as ever. In just a few short minutes he touches on hip-hop, Beethoven, his childhood, and what sound means to him. Watch it below.
