The surpassingly pleasant Boston psych-pop trio Quilt are getting all set to drop their sophomore album Held In Splendor early next year, and we’ve already heard “Arctic Shark,” their fond sigh of a first single. “Tired & Buttered,” the second album track that the band has shared, is a quirkier affair, full of tempo changes and goofy vocal affectations, and it carries just a hint of late-period MGMT.
