The Norwegian power-pop howler Ida Maria made a big splash in the late ’00s with fiery songs like “Oh My God,” but we haven’t heard from her in a while. As it turns out, she’s had a good reason for being away: She’s been battling alcohol addiction, a fight she finally won late in 2012. Now, she’s back with a new EP called Accidental Happiness, on which she tackles the personal troubles she’s been going through. And right now, you can stream all six songs at Soundcloud.
