Chance The Rapper is arguably the most prominent member of this year's XXL Freshman class, and he's the first to record a video freestyle for the magazine. Interestingly enough, though, Chance's freestyle, despite his name, really doesn't involve rapping at all. Instead, it's more of a singing plus slam-poetry-about-god-creating-us type of situation. It is messy, and it's a curious indicator of where Chance's head is at after all his success. Check it out below.
