The Danish postpunkers Lower are the rare European band to show almost as much influence from the Dead Kennedys as they do from Joy Division. The band's roiling sprint somehow manages to be fractured and frantic, even as it broods. Next week, the band will release the new album Seek Warmer Climes, their full-length debut.
