Meek Mill Sentenced To 3-6 Months In Jail
Meek Mill has been sentenced to three to six months in jail after violating his probation. He had previously been convicted of drug and gun charges in 2008 and spent a few months in prison before being released under a five-year parole agreement. According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, the rapper had a “litany of alleged violations,” mostly stemming from not keeping in contact with his probation officer while scheduling concerts. The court also showed a recent picture of him holding a gun, which his lawyer insisted was a prop for a photo shoot. The rapper was scheduled to perform in his hometown of Philadelphia next weekend.
