Watch MTV’s Nicki Minaj Documentary My Time AGAIN
In 2010, with debut Pink Friday on the way, an ascendant Nicki Minaj starred in an MTV documentary called My Time Now. A little more than four years later, in the wake of Minaj’s great The Pinkprint, the network aired a sequel called My Time AGAIN set at last year’s VMAs. The 40-minute film addresses some heavy stuff (Minaj’s abortion, that dancer who got bit by a snake during rehearsals) as well as lighter fare like Minaj’s waitressing technique at Red Lobster. Even though it’s produced like an obnoxious MTV reality show, it functions as a window into Minaj’s vibrant personality and creative vision and is well worth a watch. Do that below.
The Pinkprint is out now on Young Money.
