Watch Rae Sremmurd Bring Ridiculous Catchiness, Constant Motion To Conan
This will not be an issue for many other people, but it is hard as hell to get a screengrab of Rae Sremmurd’s performance on Conan last night. They just move around too much. They’re always jumping, running, squatting, and the pictures always come out so blurry. You have to wait until Conan shows up onstage at the end so that they’ll stand still for a minute. But that’s what you want from a young rap group: That sense of energy and performance, that need to be in constant motion. The Mississippi rap duo was on the show last night to perform “No Type,” the absurdly catchy single from their shockingly enjoyable new album SremmLife. Expect to have it in your head for the rest of the day. The performance is below.
SremmLife is out now on Ear Drummer/Interscope.
