Producers Budgie and Samiyam are credited as featured artists on Earl Sweatshirt's new song "Quest/Power," and it makes sense: Both the airy, Madvillain-esque video game jazz that kicks off the track and the fragmented soul loop that ends it are so charismatic that they practically qualify as voices of their own.
