It Looks Like The Better Call Saul Spinoff Is On Its Way
Uh-oh. Rumors about a Saul Goodman spinoff following the end of Breaking Bad have been floating around for the past few months, spoken about sometimes with excitement but more often with nervous slanty-mouth faces :-/, and it now looks like the series might actually be on its way. AMC and Sony released a press release this afternoon, saying:
AMC and Sony Pictures Television confirmed today that they have reached a licensing agreement for a spinoff of Vince Gilligan’s landmark AMC/SPT series Breaking Bad. As conceived, the new series is based on the show’s popular Saul Goodman character with the working title Better Call Saul. Plans call for Saul to be a one-hour prequel that will focus on the evolution of the popular Saul Goodman character before he ever became Walter White’s lawyer.
:-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ Bob Odenkirk is absolutely great and wonderful and the best, and he is great and wonderful and the best on Breaking Bad, and I would love for him to have his own television series, and someone should give him one right away, but I think he would have better luck with a television series that is not this television series! Eeek! I mean, who knows, obviously. Better Call Saul could be the next Frasier. Hahaha. Or something else? It could be okay. All I know for sure right now is that this is my face: :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ What does your face look like? This? ー( ̄~ ̄)ξ
