So, this video with Ben Stiller, Jack Black, and Robert Downey Jr. played during the MTV Movie Awards last night, which I did not watch because Lindsay and I had a coin toss over who would have to suffer through it and I rigged the coin.
4 minutes seems a little long for a viral video, and there aren't even any trampoline accidents. But the most important thing about this is the great news it delivers. The War in Iraq is over, and the threat of terrorism has been neutralized. It's weird to find out this way, but since I am certain that no one would be as careless as to make fun of a hostage video in which a hostage pleads for his life before being murdered in the middle of a war in which such videos have been made, inflicting unbearable suffering on the families of journalists and contract workers sent to report on and clean up after a war started on false grounds, we can all have a good laugh at it now. Ha ha ha, right, you guys? Ha!!!!!!
