Kurt Cobain’s Childhood Home For Sale Again, Now $100k Cheaper
Nobody wants to buy Kurt Cobain’s childhood home! Or, more likely, realtors vastly overestimated the appeal (and extra money) that his one-time living space would bring in. The house first went on the market back in September 2013 for $500,000 but, as The Puget Sound Business Journal points out, a new listing shows that number has been slashed to $400,000. Judging from the pictures provided, it looks like the house is in pretty bad shape, and it’s located in an area of Aberdeen, Washington where the median price of a home is around $100,000. There was some talk of raising funds to turn it into a museum, but it seems like that fell through. Check out the listing for the house here.
