The possibility of any new music from Swedish pop queen Robyn is a reason to get excited, and she just announced on Twitter that she’s got a new project ready to debut at a Swedish festival later this summer. Her new group is called La Bagatelle Magique, and it also features Markus Jägerstedt, the keyboardist in her touring band, and her late “Dream On” collaborator Christian Falk, who died of cancer last year. The first La Bagatelle Magique show goes down at the Dans Dakar festival, which comes to Stockholm 8/21-22. They’re promising new music, and you can hear a quick loop of it at their website.
