Watch Albert Hammond Jr. Play New Songs “Losing Touch” & “Born Slippy” At Primavera Sound
Albert Hammond Jr. plays guitar in the Strokes, and like that band’s frontman, Julian Casablancas, he’s pursued a successful solo career alongside the band’s continued existence. Actually, Momentary Masters will be Hammond’s third solo album, and it comes out in July. During his show at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound Festival, the Hammond performed two new songs from the album live for the first time. We’ve heard the studio version of “Born Slippy,” but “Losing Touch” is a brand new one. Watch both performances below.
Momentary Masters is out 7/31 on Vagrant.
