Percussions – “Digital Arpeggios”
We mostly know UK producer Kieran Hebden as Four Tet, and god knows he releases a ton of music under that alias. But Hebden also records regularly as Percussions, a name that he tends to use for slightly less esoteric, more dancefloor-friendly tracks. Earlier this year, he compiled his Percussions productions into the album 2011 Until 2014. And today, he’s got a new Percussions single, a melodic and bleepy number descriptively titled “Digital Arpeggios.” The track slowly builds, stretching out over nine minutes, and the drums don’t even really kick in until after the five-minute mark. Check it out below.
“Digital Arpeggios” is out now on iTunes and Bleep.
