The Dead Weather aren’t touring behind their third album Dodge And Burn, but they are incorporating quite a few multimedia efforts to help illuminate their process for fans. For instance, they will share four videos detailing their various instrumental techniques during the lead-up to the album’s release on 9/25. They’ve shared the first today via Modern Drummer, a video of Jack White explaining his custom drum kit and technique behind the band’s 2009 initial single “Hang You From The Heavens.” White directed the clip, which ends with a live performance of the track.
