Raye aka Rachel Keen is a 17-year-old singer from South London (Croydon) who has been writing songs since she was 10 and cites old-school jazz and soul influences like Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, and Nat King Cole. She recently had a session with Los Angeles producer Blood Diamonds and "Tell Me" was the result.
