Watch Bono’s Annual Charity Busking On Christmas Eve
Since 2009, Bono has had an annual tradition of busking on Dublin’s Grafton Street every Christmas Eve to raise money for homeless charities. The U2 frontman’s infamous cycling accident put him out of commission last year, but this year, he was back out there, accompanied as usual by Glen Hansard and a cast of other Irish musicians including Hozier, the Script, Kodaline, and Imelda May. Bono performed on three songs, U2’s “When Love Comes To Town” and “Every Breaking Wave” and a cover of “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and you can watch the first two below.
