Late last year we learned that Robert Toher of ERAAS had a new project called Public Memory, and we heard “Lunar,” the darkly droning lead single from debut album Wuthering Drum. The second single from the project, “Ringleader,” reminds me of Thom Yorke’s ghostly, beat-driven Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes, but with a dash of outré ’80s pop. Listen below.
