Sorority Noise – “Nolsey” Video
Sorority Noise are releasing a new EP, It Kindly Stopped For Me, at the end of the week (though you can listen to it now), but they’re taking a moment to revisit one of the highlights from their sophomore LP, Joy, Departed, for their first-ever music video. The clip for “Nolsey” is goofy in ways that the rousing addiction meditation isn’t, and it works because this band is so damn charming. They put on green screen suits and mess around in a warehouse as various eye-popping, low-budget effects keep things interesting. It was directed by Zak Ickes (the namesake of a song from their first album). Watch below.
Joy, Departed is out now via Topshelf Records. Their It Kindly Stops For Me EP is out 4/22.
