Watch Metallica’s Full Record Store Day Set At Berkeley’s Rasputin Music
Metallica were this year’s official Record Store Ambassadors, and they spent the actual RSD the same way previous ambassadors the Foo Fighters did: They played an in-store set at a real live record store. In Metallica’s case, it was Berkeley’s Rasputin Music, which must be the smallest venue the band has played since, like, 1982. Full video of the band’s nine-song set has just shown up online, and it’s heavy on old-school favorites like “For Whom The Bell Tolls,” “Creeping Death,” and “Fade To Black.” You can watch the whole thing below.
I wonder if the guys in the band were uncomfortable standing that close together onstage. They usually have a whole lot more room to move around.
