Bob Dylan – “All The Way” (Frank Sinatra Cover)
Next month, Bob Dylan will let loose with Fallen Angels, his second album of songs from the Frank Sinatra songbook. We’ve already posted his version of “Melancholy Mood,” and now Dylan has shared his take on “All The Way,” a tender ballad that Sinatra sang in the 1957 musical The Joker Is Wild. Dylan’s version of the song is wispy and intimate, and it has a whole lot of pedal steel in it. Once again, it’s a whole lot more listenable than a Bob Dylan cover of a Frank Sinatra song should logically be. Listen to it below.
Fallen Angels is out 5/20 on Columbia.
