Shabazz Palaces – “Dawn In Luxor” Video
There’s no rule that says you can’t make a video for a song that’s two years old. Case in point: Shabazz Palaces, the enigmatic Seattle art-rap group, just shared a new clip for “Dawn In Luxor,” a track from their 2014 album Lese Majesty Director Stephan Gray’s video is mostly made up either of shots of desolate landscape or of space images from the Earth Science and Remote Sensing Unit at NASA Johnson Space Center. It’s a contemplative, beautifully shot piece of work; check it out below.
Lese Majesty is out now on Sub Pop.
