Blink-182 – “Rabbit Hole”
Later this summer, ’90s pop-punk stars Blink-182 will release their new album California. It’s their first album since 2011 and their first with former Alkaline Trio frontman Matt Skiba on board as a full-time member, replacing the departing Tom DeLonge. We’ve heard first single “Bored To Death,” as well as one 14-second song. And today on Beats 1 Radio, Zane Lowe shared “Rabbit Hole,” which only barely sounds like a Blink-182 song. Seriously, these guys have always been solid-good hook-masters, and they haven’t done anything that sounds like generic ’90s pop-punk since, what, Cheshire Cat? But this song sounds like generic ’90s pop-punk. Hear it for yourself below.
California is out 7/1.
