Rhapsody Is Changing Its Name To Napster
OG streaming service Rhapsody has owned the brand of OG file-sharing service Napster since 2011. They recently relaunched Napster as a Canadian-only streaming service, and now they’re rebranding all of their US operations under the Napster name as well. In a blog post, the company promises subscribers that there will be “no changes to your playlists, favorites, albums, and artists. Same music. Same service. Same price.” So, the only difference is that they will now be called Napster. Because everything worked out so great for the old Napster!
