Apple is exploring the possibility of acquiring Tidal, The Wall Street Journal reports. According to their sources, the tech giant has begun talks to purchase Jay Z's albatross of a streaming service to bolster their own Apple Music platform, although those talks are still very much ongoing and terms of the potential deal aren't yet known. A spokesman for Tidal has denied that company executives have held talks with Apple, and Apple has not yet commented.
