Chaka Khan has entered rehab to treat her addiction to fentanyl, the same painkiller that led to Prince's death after an accidental overdose. Her sister Yvonne Stevens, aka Taka Boom, is also starting rehab for prescription medication.

"The tragic death of Prince has had us both rethinking and reevaluating our lives and priorities. We knew it was time to take action to save our lives," Khan told the AP in a statement. My sister and I would like to thank everyone for their support, love and prayers."

Khan and Prince were longtime friends, and her cover of his song "I Feel For You" become one of her biggest hits.
