Justin Bieber kicked off BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month with an acoustic performance from his home in Los Angeles. In his six-song set, he did two Purpose tracks (“What Do You Mean” and “Love Yourself”), two collaborations (“Cold Water” and “Let Me Love You”), and two covers, Tracy Chapman’s 1988 track “Fast Car” (which he’s been playing on tour) and Tupac’s “Thugz Mansion.” That last one is particularly groan-worthy — even though Bieber’s love for the rapper is well-documented, can we all agree that he probably should just have not done this?
