Kid Cudi has had quite the unconventional promo run for Passion, Pain, And Demon Slayin. The lonely stoner went on a Twitter rant about how rap A-listers like Kanye and Drake don’t care about him before announcing the album. Kanye made nice with him, but then the album was delayed to due sample clearance issues, and Cudi checked into rehab for depression and suicidal urges. But he promised the album is still on the way even though he wouldn’t be around to promote much.

True to his word, the show goes on with his self-directed video for “Frequency” The clip features Cudder wandering through the forest dancing before encountering plenty of scantily clad women and having a little red light special kissing triangle. The visuals are more erotic than the song suggests, but they work.
