Hear Tim Heidecker’s Bob Dylan Parody “Talkin’ Nobel Prize”

Yesterday, when the news came out that Bob Dylan had been awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature, the internet collectively gasped and then got to making jokes. Many of those jokes revolved around how the enigmatic Dylan would presumably not give one single solitary shit about the honor. That's the central joke in "Talkin' Nobel Prize," the new Dylan parody from Tim Heidecker, half of the avant-garde comedy duo Tim & Eric. On the song, Heidecker does an eerily right-on approximation of a young Dylan and sings about how he despises the Prize. Check it out below, via Pitchfork.

I would put actual money on the bet that Dylan will not say a word about the Prize at the second Desert Trip festival this weekend.
