The upcoming iOS 10.2 software update, which is currently in beta, will add an official David Bowie to the iPhone. Well, sort of -- it's not so much an actual David Bowie emoji as a David Bowie-inspired emoji, a pop star (either male or female) featuring the lightning bolt facepaint from Bowie's iconic Aladdin Sane album cover. But still! As Digital Music News reports, the addition is part of a larger emoji expansion that will also include stuff like firefighters, chefs, astronauts, facepalms, and shruggies, which will definitely come in handy.
