Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds apparently broke his leg trying to start his motorcycle the day before Thanksgiving, at least per an Instagram post he shared that shows the musician with a pretty gnarly cast. In the post, he apologizes for having to miss upcoming tour dates with his other projects Giraffe Tongue Orchestra (they were set to pick up their tour next Tuesday in Boston), West End Motel, and Fiend Without A Face. But he leaves on an empowering note: "lifes a bitch then you die :(happy thanking !" Happy thanking, everyone!
