D.A. Rejects Azealia Banks’ Case Against Russell Crowe
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has decided not to charge Russell Crowe for physically removing Azealia Banks from his hotel room back in October, saying that his use of force was “justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks” and that the alleged spitting was “incidental to preventing more serious threatened violence.” According to TMZ, witnesses corroborated initial reports that Banks grabbed a glass and threatened to stab one of the guests with it, and was thrown out as a result of that behavior.
Banks filed a police report against Crowe following the incident.
