Watch Patti Smith Cover Bob Dylan’s “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall” At Nobel Prize Award Ceremony
The Nobel Prize Award Ceremony was held in Stockholm today, and no, Bob Dylan didn’t bother to show up. But he still got his Nobel Prize In Literature, and Professor Horace Engdahl of the Swedish Academy introduced the award with a glowing speech about his accomplishments. After that, Patti Smith performed “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall” in his place, accompanied by an orchestra.
