Troy Ave was shot earlier today while on his way to meet his family in Brooklyn for Christmas, according to ABC Eyewitness News. The rapper was reportedly hit twice -- shot in the arm and grazed by the head -- at East 91st Street and Linden Boulevard in East Flatbush around 5PM. He is expected to survive.
