The three final songs that David Bowie recorded -- "No Plan," "Killing A Little Time," and "When I Met You" -- were already included on the cast recording album for Lazarus, Bowie's off-Broadway stage musical. But now those three tracks, co-produced by Tony Visconti and featuring the same musicians that worked on Blackstar, are being bundled together with "Lazarus" on a new EP called No Plan, and the title track has been given a pseudo-lyric video by director Tom Hingston. In the clip, the song's lyrics are broadcast on a bunch of storefront televisions while a crowd slowly assembles outside. Watch below.
