R.I.P. Travis Peterson
Two weeks ago, the music video director Travis Peterson went missing. Last night, Los Angeles police reported that Peterson had been found dead in a parked car in a parking garage, according to LA Weekly. No cause of death has been determined yet. Peterson was 40.
As a director and a music-video producer, Peterson worked with people like Ariel Pink, Glass Candy, Julia Holter, and the Vivian Girls. He also played in the bands Moog, Pong, and Cherubino, and recently worked as a cameraman for the BBC, covering the American presidential election. He and his wife have a four-year-old son.
