Ty Segall wore a motherfucking cape on TV last night. That man is a superhero. The one-man garage-rock wrecking crew released a self-titled album a couple of weeks ago, and he served last night as the musical guest on Late Night With Seth Meyers. There, he played the shit out of “Break A Guitar,” probably the album’s best song. He shredded hard, and he did it while wearing a fringed cowboy shirt and a cape that was covered in an upside-down cross, a couple of sexy-lady silhouettes, and some flowers. It was really something.
