Stream Pissed Jeans Why Love Now
We last heard from raw, gnarled Philly scuzz-punks Pissed Jeans when they released the beautifully written, bracingly misanthropic 2013 album Honeys. Next week, they’re back with a new one, the just-as-nasty, just-as-punishing Why Love Now. Punk rock legend Lydia Lunch co-produced the album with Arthur Rizk, and it’s as musically brutal as it is lyrically incisive. We’ve posted the early tracks “The Bar Is Low” and “Ignorecam,” and right now, you can stream the whole thing below, via Noisey.
Why Love Now is out 2/24 on Sub Pop.
