California R&B travelers the Internet haven't released any music as a group in a while, but they're still having a great year. Frontwoman Syd released her excellent solo debut Fin. Her bandmate Matt Martians also dropped the solo album The Drum Chord Theory. And teenage guitarist Steve Lacy went solo on his Steve Lacy's Demo, and he also landed a production credit on Kendrick Lamar's new DAMN. Finally, as The FADER points out, the Internet were surprise guests at fellow soul traveler Anderson .Paak's show at London's O2 Forum last night. With Anderson .Paak sitting in on drums, and with the audience singing along with every word, the Internet did played "Girl," the Kaytranada-produced single from 2015's Ego Death. Watch the performance below.

The world seems very, very ready for a new Internet album right about now.
