Watch Bleachers Play “Don’t Take The Money” On Kimmel
Jack Antonoff has never looked more like Rick Moranis than he did on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. Yesterday, the Fun. co-leader and producer to the stars announced the impending release of Gone Now, the new album from his band Bleachers, and he also shared the Carly Rae Jepsen collab “Hate That You Know Me.” And last night, Bleachers played the musical-guest role on Kimmel, taking over the outdoor festival stage and playing the big, stomping, ’80s-jacked single “Don’t Take The Money.” Antonoff collaborator Lorde, who sang on the album version, wasn’t there, but Antonoff made up for it with gawky nerd charisma and grand-gesture intensity. Watch the performance below.
Gone Now is out 6/2 on RCA.
