Atlanta Newscasters Sneakily Pay Tribute To Mobb Deep’s Prodigy
Mobb Deep’s Prodigy passed away earlier this week and people are paying their respects in any way that they can, like these two news anchors for Atlanta’s local station WSB-TV. During their daily traffic report yesterday, Fred Blankenship and Mark Arum exchanged some references to the late rap legend into their local news reporter drawl. Stuff like “traffic prodigy” and “it’s mob deep out there on I-20 with delays” and “there are a lot of folks pushing Lexuses, wearing fat diamond rings.” It’s not exactly subtle, but it is a nice tribute!
