Looks Like Nine Inch Nails Anonymously Released New David Bowie Remix Months Ago

Last night, Nine Inch Nails played their first show in three years and its emotional highpoint was a haunting David Bowie cover, which it turns out Trent Reznor (or someone else who had access to it) uploaded to the internet months ago. Late last year, an uncredited remix of Bowie's ? (Blackstar) track "I Can't Give Everything Away" popped up online and, while some at the time speculated it might be Reznor (who was Bowie's close friend and collaborator), it wasn't confirmed until last night when Reznor played the exact same arrangement during his show.
