All four members of Polish death metal band Decapitated have been arrested in Los Angeles on kidnapping charges, Blabbermouth reports. Decapitated are currently touring North America in support of their recent album Anticult, and a woman is claiming that she was kidnapped by the musicians following their concert in downtown Spokane on 8/31. “There is another side to this,” says defense attorney Steve Graham, who was hired by the band after they became aware of the investigation. “We have witnesses that can testify to the fact that the accuser came to visit band of her own free will and left on good terms.” Michael M. Lysejko, Waclaw J. Kieltyka, Rafal T. Piotrowski, AND Hubert E. Wiecek are currently awaiting extradition to Spokane in the Los Angeles County Jail.
