Boo-hoo to those who are bullied because they support the dumbest, most corrupt president of our lifetime, but he gets to complain and you get to sit this one out because Trumps policies don’t affect you directly like they do, say, the migrant families being separated at the border for months and even years; the six or more children who’ve died in custody; the minorities and LGBTQ community who are being ostracized and bullied because his language promotes hate; the children who die in school shootings because we can’t legislate gun control; the women who are having the rights to their own bodies stripped away from them; the planet, which is literally reaching the point of no return and will go over that edge because the president and his supporters are morons who think global warming is a hoax. Fuck out of here with your apathy and your “both-sides are just as bad” nonsense, and fuck Kanye and fuck Trump’s supporters. As far as I’m concerned, if you still support him after all of this, you’re either an asshole or an idiot and you deserve to be bullied. you totally missed my point though, that It’s a little pot calling the kettle black, because Obama’s migration/family separation policy is arguably the same as Trumps. You can’t say fuck anybody for supporting Trump because that means you should probably say fuck anybody who supported Obama, the Bushs, Clinton, etc.

I want to share a Number Ones story. This past weekend, my girlfriend and I moved into a new apartment. Friday night we packed up all the loose ends at our old place. The soundtrack to packing was the TB’s 10s Spotify playlist on shuffle. As the night was winding down, Ben E. King’s “Stand By Me” came on. My girlfriend and I sat on the last two remaining chairs in our apartment of 6 years, with our lives packed up in bins around us, and quietly shed a tear together. As we both sat there crying, exhausted, the next song that came on? “Got Your Money” by Ol’ Dirty Bastard.
