Darren Cunningham, the UK producer who makes murky electronic music under the name Actress, just released an album called 88 a couple of months ago. But 88, 22 instrumental tracks bundled into one 48-minute recording, is really just the precursor to a bigger, more offficial release out next month, Karma & Desire.

We’ve already heard one song from that album, its closing track “Walking Flames,” which featured vocals from Sampha. And now we’re getting two more singles at once, “Loveless” and “Angels Pharmacy.”

The former, featuring Aura T-09, is a shadowy dancefloor thump haunted by flickering vocal loops, while the latter has Brooklyn singer Zsela coolly delivering spoken word lyrics over eerie synthetic burbles. Listen to both songs below.
