Fiona Apple hasn't had an LP since 2005's Extraordinary Machine, a release with so many delays that it doesn't seem that strange that it's taken five years for her to produce a followup. According to a profile of Apple's drummer and co-producer Charley Drayton in Modern Drummer magazine), the new album will be out spring 2011, but it doesn't have a title or exact release date yet. Some new pictures of Apple may even been on her official website by then. Earlier this year we heard her Jon Brion-produced "So Sleepy" for the 826LAcompilation.
