So here was Kanye atop the Big Apple float this morning -- clad in a black headband, leather, gold chains, shades, and a fur vest (i.e., exactly what I'm wearing to my parents' house for dinner tonight) -- rocking "Lost In This World," and letting bygones be bygones with Matt Lauer.

Good smiling! Everybody loves a happy ending. Once the crowds dissipated, Yeezy invited Arlo Guthrie to guest on G.O.O.D. Friday, then implied off-air that the Kung Fu Panda float was real villain behind his bumpy album launch. You can't win 'em all.
