Yoko Ono’s Plastic Ono Band has a new album called Take Me To The Land Of Hell coming later this month, and it’s probably the only album ever to feature both Lenny Kravitz and tUnE-yArDs. We’ve already posted a couple of songs, the tUnE-yArDs collab “Tabetai” and “Bad Dancer,” with the Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock and Mike D. And now she’s shared another one, a psychedelic folk tune called “N.Y. Noodle Town.” (Yoko has presumably never had to subsist on Ramen noodles to keep paying her New York rent, but I’m glad she empathizes with the rest of us.) The song has a pretty badass Nels Cline guitar solo, and you can hear it below.
