Cleary, Tyler, The Creator is the Orson Welles of this rap shit. Last night, the Odd Future figurehead posted a cinematic masterpiece of a six-minute horror movie called The Ghost Of The Hotel. It stars Tyler, Earl Sweatshirt, Jasper Dolphin, and Taco, all of them using silly gravelly voices and one of them running around in a white sheet and murdering people. Earl plays a detective named Ray, and he utters the line “I think he’s dead” more than once. The white sheet is the only bit of costuming in the entire movie, unless I didn’t notice when detectives started wearing Supreme all the time. As the YouTube description puts it, “Tyler, Jasper, Lionel, Taco And Earl Thought Of This At 4 In The Morning Knowing It Would Be One Of The Greatest Movies Of All Time.” Watch it below.
